• Uptown Girl Headwear can be returned if new, and not worn for more than 10 minutes, for up to 1 year after purchase. We are proud of the fact that our return rate is less than 2%. If you have any concerns about  headwear that you have worn, contact us, because we stand behind our quality products. We do request that you try on with clean hair and wearing a net.

• Round knitted/crocheted snoods, can be returned within 7 days of purchase, only if new.  These snoods are made from a quality silk yarn, but because of their knitted texture they are delicate. • Tender loving care tip! Gently washing your headwear will result in it looking new longer. We strongly recomend Hand wash. Dry flat.

• Returns should be mailed to 1454 E23rd St. Brooklyn, New York. 11210. A company check will be sent to you  for the entire 100% price of your purchase..
